What EatStays Singapore collects, how it is used, and how to reach us.
We don't collect emails
There is no newsletter, sign-up or account on this site. You can use every page without giving us your name or email address.
The chat assistant
If you use the chat, your messages are sent to an AI service provider so it can write a reply. We don't save chat conversations on our servers. Your browser keeps the current conversation until you close the tab. Please don't share personal details in the chat.
To stop abuse, we briefly use your IP address to limit how many messages can be sent.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to see which pages are useful. It sets cookies and records things like the pages you visit, your device and your approximate location. We don't use it to identify you. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.
The places we list
Restaurant, hotel and attraction pages use publicly available business information, such as names, addresses, opening hours and Google ratings. If you run a business listed on EatStays and want your details updated or removed, message us on Facebook and we'll take care of it.
Photos
Our photos come from Wikimedia Commons under free licences and are credited on each page and on our photo credits page. If you took a photo, or appear in one, and want it changed or removed, message us on Facebook.
